GARMENT MAKING

HELP is implemented the Garment Making training for women’s this programme is supported by FVTRS Bangalore. For effective training program one designer team constituted who develop the prototype, and same has been replicated in each training program. Each participates maintained on note book with notes from the session and the prototype developed by them Every Centre artisans were divided in the small group and each group has been assigned different assignment and each group facilitated by the master trainer individually to ensure to improve the quality of the production. Each training centre also monitored by the implementing agency and Council staff member to ensure the quality and smooth implementation of the training program. in this programme we have 1089 women’s covered. Have been implemented successfully this programme.

FOUR WHEELER DRIVING TRAINING

The project sponsored by FVTRS, Bangalore supported by European Union. The main objective of the Project is to develop the skill of different activity and create employment in thecountry. Under the project we are covering 542 beneficiaries in this trades. We are provide EDP Training to become a successful entrepreneur that how to manage the enterprises, Contact and communication with the customers, behaviours of the good entrepreneur, qualities and everything we cover to make them a good entrepreneur. We have also created 50% employment status who has got training from our organization.

TWO WHEELER MECHANISM

HELP is implimented the Two Wheeler Mechanism training programme to School Dropouts and unemployed youths for the supported by FVTRS Bangalore. sIn this programme is conducted in Molakalmuru taluk and Hiriyur Talk Chitradurga Dist, karnataka State. HELP is covered by 623 Youths and provide the 75% Employment Status, this programme is running successsully.

DHAAGA STITCHING TRAINING

HELP is implemented the Dhaaga Stitching Training Programme for the Supported by WREL-TPCDT TATA power. This Programme is implemented in States there are Karnataka, Andhrapradesh, Thamilnadu, Maharashtra, Madhyapradesh,and Rajasthan. Under the project we are covering 480 beneficiaries in this trades. provide the 75% Employment Status, this programme is running successsully. An To acknowledge the work of unsung heroes and contributors, who have been working behind the Tailoring Initiative”, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative was taken by TATA POWER. It is a common belief that great fabrics (can be made only into great Tailoring and Garments by great tailors and these tailors community are among the worst hit by inflation and modernization in the current scenario. The Garments and Tailoring Initiative holds the vision of imparting training skills to the unemployed, underprivileged youth as well as the existing tailoring community, by upgrading their current skill set an

Encouraging employment & entrepreneurship to upgrade their product in terms of finish and style, earn more revenue thereby improve their status in the society. Women are our major target audience. We want to bring in a sense of empowerment among them by helping them grab better employment opportunities and encourage entrepreneur ventures.

BEAUTICIAN  COURSE

implemented the 30 of 41 training programme support of FVTRS In this programme have been covered the 137 beneficiaries.
The beauty therapy is basically classified in items like hair cutting, nourishment of hair, dyeing of hair, prevention of hair fall, facial, treatment of pimples, pedicure etc. Facial itself isvery vast subject in which eye brow shaping, cleaning of face to remove dirt, application of cream and herbal extracts to nullify the aging and to cover wrinkle etc. As per the demand, special application of natural colour to increase the beauty oraesthetic sense, use of eye pencil in eyebrow, eye lashes also measure the quality of the service provided by the parlour. Hair colouring with natural herbs, nail shaping, colourings, ped…

 LAMBANI MIRROR HAND EMBROIDERY

A project sponsored by the Commissioner Development (Handicraft), Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India, New-Delhi. Totally we are covering 308 artisans under the Scheme and also done Health Insurance and Jeevan Bhima insurance. The Obiective of the Project is upliftment of the Artisans and their traditional Craft in India. This is project is taken in Hiriyur Tq., Chitradurga Dist. Under the Project we provide Skill up gradation training programme for 4 months for 60 artisans per year. Design Development Workshop for 30 well trained artisans under Skill up gradation Training programme. And also conduct exposure visit to some other places like hiriyur for 350 artisans per year.
